Material Chemical Resistance
Material Chemical Resistance
Material recommended operating conditions :
PETG-CF is best for environments up to 70°C (good chemical resistance with ozone, mild chlorinated pool water, salt water, moderate acids, bases, cleaning agents.)Not for strong Chlorine and bleach
PCTG-CF is best for environments up to 75°C. ( excellent chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, ozone, chlorine, oil, fuel and gas. This makes it an excellent choice for applications where exposure to fuels, solvents, and other hydrocarbon-based substances is common.)
PVDF is best for environments up to 120°C (exceptional chemical resistance with ozone, chlorine, strong acids, bases, cleaning agents, solvents, fuels and hydrocarbons)
Ozone and Chlorine:
PCTG-CF generally has good chemical resistance to ozone and chlorine, but PVDF offers superior resistance to ozone, chlorine and other aggressive chemicals, making it a better choice for applications involving harsh environments. For applications requiring concentrated chlorine exposure, PVDF is typically recommended.

The Multi-Venturi MicroBubbler is the latest innovation for injecting pure oxygen and ozone. It can be applied to wastewater treatment, water treatment, hydroponics, agriculture, fish farming, irrigation and beyond. We do not recommend using in outdoor ponds with muck and large debris. Install as a jet head or as close to the water as possible. This can not handle a lot of back pressure from long stretches of piping. It creates very low outflow pressure. This is a MPT (Male Pipe Thread) venturi
For microbubbles resembling the size of smoke particles, you must use an air flow valve or flow meter to reduce air flow below .1 L/min: This reduction in air flow is what creates the microbubbles and controls bubble size. Air hose barb is 3/16" ozone rated PP
This patented technology revolutionizes the way microbubbles are created from a venturi. Fill your tank or reservoir with millions of micro bubbles using a plurality of small venturis. It can inject with extremely efficient flow rates as low as .05 L/min.
Please watch the size comparison video for visual reference of various size models and how much microbubble production each produces.
Pump Requirements & Flow Rate
-
1/2" Microbubbler (1 internal venturi)
minimum pump flow rate of 5,000 L/H
-
3/4" Microbubbler ( 1 internal venturi)
minimum pump flow rate of 5,000 L/H
-
1" MicroBubbler ( 3 internal venturi)
minimum pump flow rate of 8,000 L/H
-
1.5" MicroBubbler ( 7 internal venturi )
minimum pump flow rate of 14,000 L/H
-
2" MicroBubbler (12 internal venturi )
minimum pump flow rate of 20,000 L/H
-
3" Microbubbler (26 internal venturi )
minimum pump flow rate of 30,000 L/H
Maintenance & Operation
Must use the included air hose flow valve to reduce air flow: This reduction in air flow is what creates the microbubbles.
DO NOT REMOVE the threaded nipple on the outflow side - it is crucial for creating suction. When using as a jet head, keep the outflow nipple on or use an extension of PVC piping to bypass back into the main line.
You will need a 3/16" air hose
Included: An air hose flow valve (to control bubble size) and back flow check valve.
Maintenance: Use compressed air to blow into the air inlet. This will help blow out any debris built up on the inside.
Revolutionize Your System
-
Microbubble Injector
Used for injection of gases or liquid fertilizers. After injecting liquid fertilizers ensure that clean water is passed through the air tubing and device to keep it clean and unclogged.
-
Control the Bubble Size
By using a flow valve or flow meter you can control how fine of a bubble you want. Reducing air flow under .1 L/min will give you microbubbles resembling smoke.
-
Installation as a Jet Head or venturi bypass
For the best performance, install the microbubbler it in a tank or reservoir as a jet head. If it must be installed in-line, then always install it a s a venturi bypass to keep outflow pressure higher in your main line.
-
Reduce Energy Costs
Save on expenses by eliminating the requirement for large and costly machinery or air compressors. Simply connect it to any water pump that meets recommended minimum flow rates.
